AM I THE RIGHT COLLABORATOR FOR YOU?

I have worked on some of the world's biggest Fantasy and SciFi properties as both a book/script editor and producer, so I am a great fit for any SFF subgenre. I love to time travel with Historical -- I've worked on projects set in periods ranging from Ancient Greece to the Regency. I'm a confident editor of Romance (especially Romantasy) of any spice level. I have worked on a lot of beloved IP so know how to shape characters and stories to inspire fandoms.

I'm particularly good at dialling up the stakes and emotion of a story, and building rock solid plots that feel satisfying yet surprising. I also enjoy finessing prose and dialogue while maintaining the writer’s voice. I love to craft a strong log line, and have a knack for finding the perfect comp titles.

My aim is to guide a project towards commercial success while valuing the initial vision. My edits and production style are thorough, creative, honest, and kind.

Lydia always delivers. It's been a pleasure to work with her and I hope to do so again soon.”
